Care that starts before release.
Leaving incarceration is one of the hardest transitions there is. As part of Nevada's Medicaid reentry (Section 1115) initiative, JM Care Group is preparing to support people in the 90 days before release — so care continues, not restarts, on the outside.
Nevada's reentry initiative is being implemented in stages; services are offered as the program and our enrollment are approved.

Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (APRN)
Our care is led by a licensed nurse practitioner who provides psychiatric evaluations, prescribes and manages psychiatric medication, and oversees our clinical team — including the community health workers who walk alongside you between visits.
